Our Beginnings
Established in 2021, I&L Staffing, began operations with one goal in mind, to provide the Fort Worth community with a friendly face to turn to when in search of work or employees.
After the hiatus year caused by Covid-19, both job seekers and employers found themselves in a very difficult situation. I&L Staffing’s founders saw the opportunity and began hard at work!
I&L Staffing quickly gained recognition from job seekers for their compassion to help, going the extra mile to find them a permanent job placement. Surrounding employers were quick to notice I&L Staffing, with the small home based company, rapidly growing in number of daily applicants.
I&L Staffing continues to grow in the DFW area, establishing their main office in South Fort Worth, offering temp to perm, direct hire, and temporary assignments. All while keeping the same goal in mind, being that reliable and friendly face to turn to!
